Xinmin Grade 6

 Tonight's homework is to do the worksheet and to do the online homework from last week if they have not already done it yet. Please check the student's Savvas account and follow the link.

 today we did not have class due to the conversation activity. The students were assigned online homework for the weekend; please check their Savvas accounts and comolete the homework.

 Today we went on the field trip to Window on the World.  A1's homework, due on Thursday, is to write 250-300 words about the field trip. Students who didn't go on the field trip can write 250-300 words about Window on the World, based on any research they can do at home.

 Today we reviewed common mistakes and then went over the questions that the students will be asked in Friday's conversation activity. There is no homework due Wednesday, but on Thursday the students will have to turn in a 250-300 word writing about tomorrow's field trip.

 After discussion, we have decided to change the 6th grade schedule for this week. The story, A Talk With An Astronaut, will be covered next semester, when we can spend two weeks on it and go over it in more detail. A1 will spend this week reviewing and working on their writing. Tonight's homework is to correct the most recent writing, the Christmas Story.

 The exams were returned today. Please sign them and send them back on Monday. This weekend's homework is to correct the written and listening exams.

 Today we reviewed articles and double negatives. There is no homework tonight.

 Today we went over the listening exam and reviewed the use of contractions. Homework tonight is to study for the exams.
